This is a Color Story Mini that already went out the door. Five colors, the exact paint codes to say at the store, and her own rooms shown wearing them. She asked whether the dining room should go lighter to break up all that bold. It went deepest instead, and the white trim and the pale sky ceiling are what keep it breathing. The sourcing standard

What "ethically sourced" means here.

Sourcing is a paid feature of this service, and it runs on rules: small businesses, independent artists and makers, and unique vintage. A piece has to earn its place in the room, not just look good in a listing.

  • Vintage first: one-of-one pieces with a past get priority.
  • Original designs only: no knockoffs, and never a living designer's work reproduced.
  • Credited makers favored: newly made means a named maker, not an anonymous listing.
  • Excluded until proven ethical: unvetted dropshippers never appear in a client specification.

One-of-one vintage can sell at any moment, so it is purchased at specification, when you say yes. Every sourced item arrives as a clickable link with the vendor named.

A clear note on scope

What's not included.

Ashthetics packages provide design direction and specification only. No construction, installation, or contractor coordination, and that is a feature: it keeps the package focused, affordable, and fast. You hire your own painter or handyperson and they follow the document.

The exception is styling support: a half-day or full-day add-on where I style shelves, place plants, hang art, and edit the space for the reveal. Pricing on request.

Yes, and the credit is the full price you already paid, good for 30 days. The Color Story to Room Design + Sourcing is $500 more. Room Design to Multiple Rooms, Sourced is $650 more. You never pay for the same thinking twice.

Room Design + Sourcing gives you the anchor list, the pieces in your visualization linked and priced, so you can buy the bones of the room the night it lands. Multiple Rooms, Sourced goes the rest of the way: every item in your primary room sourced down to the hardware, so ordering takes an evening, not a month of decisions. And if you'd rather not touch a checkout page at all, order placement is available on the first two packages for $250 per room. I place and track every order, you pay vendor prices passed straight through, and it comes included with Multiple Rooms, Sourced.

Yes. Every package is delivered digitally, so location doesn't change anything. The design works wherever you are.

You choose your direction before it gets developed, that is the whole point of showing three. And every package includes revisions on top of that. In practice, clients refine details, not the direction they picked themselves.

Two hours, on screen, together. Your rooms come up on the board, and we work through them in real time: swapping the desk chair between candidates until one wins, checking that the vintage credenza is still available while you watch, claiming it the moment you say yes. You leave the session with the home decided, not with homework. One cleanup revision round afterward catches anything that needs a second look in daylight.

For Multiple Rooms, Sourced, yes. Half at booking, half before final delivery. Just ask.
